Having completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales, Patrick strives to utilise his knowledge to provide research-based exercise treatment for a range of clinical presentations. Over the years Patrick has worked with a range of individuals presenting several clinical conditions which include but are not limited to Chronic Back Pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke History, Osteoarthritis, Sarcopenia, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Hypertension etc. Alongside this Patrick also has certifications and experience in coaching Matwork Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Aerobic Exercise.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Patrick will also be able to provide consultation for sport-specific improvements, exercise training goals, as well as lifestyle coaching. Patrick’s passion for improving one’s health through the means of physical activity is what drives him to help others and ensure positive outcomes for an improved quality of life and healthy ageing.

“Choose your hard” are the words Patrick lives by, as he holds a firm belief that as we age our body will only find it harder to complete the errands of everyday life, so it’s important that we take action and push ourselves while we can so that our bodies are prepared to face the inevitable challenges of ageing.
