Our classes
Everyone deserves a redo!
We run our in person classes on a Term schedule. However, you may be able to join after the start date if there is space available.
Term 2 classes run for 10 weeks, starting the week of July 21, finishing on Saturday September 27, 2025.

Sign up today at our introductory rate of $9.99/week inc GST. You can train at your own pace, in the convenience of your own home. Great for lockdowns, to get some extra movement when working from how or to simply broaden your exercise regime. Currently 9 courses with more content added monthly.
