Qigong consists of slow movements paired with controlled breathing, creating a meditative effect to:

➡️ Learn the practice of Qigong with Adam Wiltshire. Similar to Tai Chi, these classes involve standing movements, breathing techniques, and structured routines.

Term 2 2026 Schedule

Dates: April 8 – June 19 (10-week Term)
Focus: Shibashi Set 1 and Tai Chi 10 Forms

*Note: Friday classes run over 11 weeks (No class on May 29, 2026).

Available Classes:

  • Wednesdays: 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM
  • Fridays: 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM
  • Fridays: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
