Melinda Luck

Senior Physiotherapist

GCHE, B App Sci (Physio), MAPA

With over 25 years of experience, Melinda graduated with Distinction from the University of Sydney and has
since built a diverse and rewarding career in physiotherapy. She has worked across a variety of settings
including Physiocise, Happy Body at Work, and Rugby Australia, and joined the Redo team in 2020. Melinda is
passionate about helping people move and feel better through expert, client-centred care.

She brings extensive experience in:

  • Treating both acute and chronic injuries
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Developing targeted programs for Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis
  • Leading small group physiotherapy classes

Melinda understands that our daily habits, past injuries, and even our beliefs about movement and pain can
unknowingly impact our body. She works collaboratively to identify and address these factors through:

  • Releasing tightness and unhelpful movement patterns
  • Rebuilding strength and mobility
  • Refining and enhancing what you already do

In addition to her clinical work, Melinda teaches into the physiotherapy programs at both ACU and the University
of Sydney. She completed her Graduate Certificate in Higher Education in 2021.

Outside of the clinic, Melinda enjoys strength training, yoga, walking, and cycling. She grew up on a farm in
country NSW, riding horses and motorbikes and has had her fair share of bumps and knocks. She has called
Balmain home for most of her adult life and loves working in the thriving community of the inner west.

Clinic Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (mornings only)

I look forward to working with you soon!

Brendan McGovern Redo Health Sydney
Clinic Director & Principal Physiotherapist

I have a great love for the outdoors, fresh air and fresh food. I start the morning with exercise, meditation and a run with the dogs. My passion lies in helping people get back to doing the things they love to do.
I focus on the Why more than the What – Why did this injury occur?

Jane Le Fevre Redo Health Sydney

I love to be active, and with three young children and two dogs, there’s plenty of opportunities! I understand how frustrating it can be to be unable to move freely, and that is why I love helping people move well and feel well.
